Secretary of State Duties

The Secretary of State (SOS) is responsible for authenticating official documents, including commissions for elected and appointed officials. Additionally, the SOS serves the people by sealing and recording official filings on behalf of We the People. Also, responsible for the Texian ID office and recording of the Texian ID and Affidavits.
